Bielert to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of his exceptional effort in the Education Industry. As Mail Services Coordinator for Parkland College, as well as throughout his brilliant professional career, Raymond has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

Mr. Bielert is an expert on running mail services, electronic signature, and all other aspects of mail service as well as central receiving processes. He is responsible for database management at Parkland College. Raymond implemented the electronic signature program at the school.

During his collegiate career, Raymond earned a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University. He is a member of the Mail Systems Management Association, National Association of College and University Mail Services, and the National Postal Forum. In the time away from his busy schedule, Raymond is an avid outdoorsman who greatly enjoys fishing and camping.
