IOWA CITY, IA, June 22, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Seyed M. Hajimirzaie, Research Assistant at The University of Iowa, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in civil engineering research.
For the last three years, Mr. Hajimirzaie has dedicated his career to The University of Iowa as a research assistant. A specialist in hydrodynamics, he has been conducting studies on the subject of flow around bluff bodies.
Mr. Hajimirzaie, who holds a Master of Science in water engineering and hydraulic structures from the University of Mazandaran, is also pursuing a Ph.D. in civil engineering at The University of Iowa. A member of the ASCE, he looks forward to success and intends to continue his work at the school in the years to come.
