As an HR, Communications and Change Manager within Human Resource Services and previously for the UNE Flexible and Online Project with the University of New England, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Leanne has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

Within Human Resource Services, Leanne is responsible for classification of the University's general staff positions; partnering with staff and managers to develop future-proof organizational structures and frameworks that will be industrially sound as well as compliant with relevant policy and protocols. She collaborates closely with industrial relations and Faculty/Directorate staff through workplace change. Within the UNE Flexible and Online project, Leanne was responsible for internal and external communications strategy and engagement; HR oversight of project; and change management strategies for this project of major change transformation at the University of New England. She possesses extensive expertise in organizational storytelling, communications management and human resource management, especially in workplace change, position/role analysis, and evaluation.

During her collegiate career, Leanne earned a Bachelor of Administrative Leadership from the University of New England and she is currently working towards a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from Charles Sturt University. She is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, the Association for Tertiary Education Management, and the Golden Key International Honour Society.
