Criminal Defense Attorneys Greenberg and Greenberg to Teach CLE on How to Present Evidence in Riverside
On November 10, 2011, the partners at Greenberg & Greenberg will present, Evidence in Real Life, a (CLE) course on presenting evidence in the courtroom.

RIVERSIDE, CA, November 05, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Attorneys Daniel and Philip Greenberg have experienced criminal law from both sides. Before becoming defense attorneys, they were district attorneys prosecuting the accused. Their combined experience allows them to anticipate the tactics the prosecutors will employ, which allows them to take an offensive stance when planning their client's defense.

On November 10, 2011, the partners at Greenberg & Greenberg will present, Evidence in Real Life, a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) course on presenting evidence in the courtroom. The half-day course will not only review the rules of evidence, but it will also discuss strategies for obtaining defense evidence and excluding damaging evidence from the prosecution.

The course will review tactics for examining witnesses, how to decide whether and when to object, motions in limine as well as reciprocal discovery. The goal of the course is to provide tools for presenting evidence effectively in a criminal defense case.
