Sensational Coordinator Joins The Class Of Stanford Who's Who
Cheryl Descent has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her extraordinary effort in the Education Industry.
KINGSTON, ON, CANADA, January 8, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Cheryl Descent has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her extraordinary effort in the Education Industry. As Coordinator of the Volunteer Patient Program for Queens University, Cheryl has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Cheryl runs the volunteer program for patients with disabilities. The patients are provided with training so that they can become teachers of people with disabilities. Cheryl is responsible for maintaining files, providing training programs, evaluating, planning of the program, and matching patients according to their disability.
During her educational career, Cheryl earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Springfield College in Massachusetts and a Master's degree in the Women's Program at the University of Iowa. She is a member of the Professional Administration of Volunteer Resources in Ontario.
