Reza Gholi Hamzaee's economic expertise enables him to excel in the field of education

ST. JOSEPH, MO, September 3, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Reza Gholi Hamzaee, Ph.D., University Professor at Missouri Western State University and Walden University, and Owner of Hamzaee Econometrics Consultants, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.

Reza Gholi Hamzaee has been a professor at Missouri Walden State University and Walden University and the owner of Hamzaee Econometrics since 1984. His expertise includes econometrics, international economies and financial research. He is responsible for teaching economics and applied management and decision sciences, and mentoring professors and students on research methods.

Professor Hamzaee does inspirational and motivational speaking, and published a book titled, 'Fiscal and Monetary Policy: An International Perspective.' He is a visiting professor for various institutions including the joint Ph.D. and EMBA programs held by the Industrial Management Institute of Iran, University of Bordeaux in France, Uppsala University in Sweden and several universities in Iran. He became involved in his profession because he started teaching mathematics and science at a high school in Iran, and the application of these two subjects to research fascinated him. He attributes his success to his hard work, genuine interest in helping others succeed and to the energetic inspiration he received from his parents.

He received his Ph.D. in Economics and Applied Economics from Arizona State University in 1985 and his Master of Science in Economics from the University of California in 1977. He is a member of the Western Economic Association International and the International Atlantic Economic Society. He is a two-time recipient of the Distinguished Professor Award for Money, Banking and Economic Forecasting from Missouri Western State University twice. Professor Hamzaee hopes to retire from one of his main positions and focus on the other.
