Kasparik, NRCMA, current Medical Assisting Instructor at MedVance Institute and former Lead Medical Assistant for Endocrine and Psychiatry Center, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in health services.
With 15 years of professional experience, Ms. Kasparik served as a lead medical assistant for Endocrine and Psychiatry Center. Specializing in endocrinology, she helped manage two healthcare facilities, staffing, payroll, training and education of staff, and triage for psychiatric patients phone calls. On the side, the National Association for Health Professionals and is currently an instructor for a medical assisting program.
Since her high-school carrer she has been involved in the medical field. Through her hard work and diligence she achieved several awards from the University Interscholastic League for competitions in medical skills and knowledge as well as prepared and extemporaneous speaking. In 1997, Ms. Kasparik attained her certification as an emergency medical technician. She began her career as a firefighter and was certified as a level B emergency medical technician through her service within the department. In the future, she intends to become a medical practitioner and continues to enourage others to achieve their educational goals through higher learning.
