Dr. Jerry P. Jasinski Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Dr. Jerry P. Jasinski is the president of the American Institute of Chemists
KEENE, NH, July 27, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Jerry P. Jasinski, Professor of Chemistry for Keene State College, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in chemistry and research management.
At Keene State College, Dr. Jasinski analyzes crystal and pharmaceutically active compounds. He also writes and reviews journal articles; he is the co-author of 240 peer-reviewed publications and the co-editor of the International Union of Crystallography's Acta Crystallographica Section E. With 41 years of field experience, he attributes his success to his health, motivation, focus, and the support he received from his family.
Dr. Jasinski completed fellowships with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and the Associated Western Universities. He completed postdoctoral research at the University of Copenhagen and earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Wyoming. The president of the American Institute of Chemists, Dr. Jasinski was honored with a Distinguished Scholarship and Research award in 2001. In the future, he hopes to become published in up to 500 major scientific research journals.
