Cima Sedigh, Ed.D., Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Dr. Cima Sedigh has been a professor of education at Sacred Heart University since 1999
BETHLEHEM, CT, August 24, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Cima Sedigh, Associate Professor of Education at Sacred Heart University, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in higher education.
With 14 years of professional experience, Dr. Sedigh attributes her success to her family background. An associate professor of education, he teaches courses including multi cultural education as well as educational psychology. She has also produced a documentary titled, "Bakhtiari Alphabet," which is about the life and education among the Bakhtiari nomads of Iran.
In 2001, Dr. Sedigh earned her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership. She earned her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and her Bachelor of Arts in Language and Science. She received the Extraordinary Achievement Award in 2010, and the Action for Justice Award in 2007 from Sacred Heart University.
Dr. Sedigh is an advisory board member for several national and international organizations. She is the founder of Global Education and Health Alliance.
