Due to her interpersonal skills, Ms. Lechowicz has led a successful 30-year-Iong career. She is the founder of HDM Corp. and has spent the past 14 years as the company's CEO. Her expertise is in process management and problem solving. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business from business development to operations. The company's mission is to find a better way and Ms. Lechowicz and her employees accomplish that feat every day.

Ms. Lechowicz earned a master's degree in business management from Purdue University. She is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis and The Association for Work Process Improvement. She has developed curriculum for Health Information Technology and currently teaches classes at Metropolitan Community College in Omaha. She also served as an Area Chair for the United Way of the Midlands in 2004. In the next year, Ms. Lechowicz intends to increase her company's revenue by 20 percent.

Since the company's inception, HDM Corp. has contributed time and money to many community charities, foundations and events. Some of the beneficiaries include Project Harmony, Children's Hospital's Playroom, Ronald McDonald House's Meditation Room, the Omaha Symphony, Opera Omaha, the Omaha Performing Arts, Nebraska Children's Home Society, the Nebraska Choral Arts Society, the Henry Doody Zoo, The United Way of the Midlands, and more.
