Fred H. Vines, owner and president, established two property management and maintenance companies

VESTAVIA, AL, November 11, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Fred H. Vines, Owner and President of RMI, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in real estate services.

Mr. Vines has 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. He has provided his clients with impeccable real estate property services, and is knowledgeable in residential and commercial properties, including single-family homes, apartment complexes, condominiums and business offices.

After serving as a captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for 18 years, Mr. Vines taught engineering at The University of Alabama. He studied and taught the design of bridges and vehicle tunnels. Today, he manages over 500 individual homes, four apartment complexes and 18 condominium associations. He also owns Residential Maintenance Inc., which handles maintenance for his properties, as well as other clients.

A certified property manager, Mr. Vines attributes his success to his management experience in the military and civil engineering. He is active in the Birmingham Property Management Association, the American Society of Civil Engineering and the National Alumni Association of The University of Alabama.
