WOODBURY, MN, November 12, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Elaine R. Millam, Ed.D., President of WorkWise Coaching & Consulting, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in organizational effectiveness.

Dr. Millam has over 35 years of professional leadership experience, most recently establishing her own business where she provides guidance to clients who desire to grow and change themselves and their organizations. She helps clients set strategies and goals that align with the mission of their organizations. Dr. Millam is the author of Women as Soul Leaders and has published several articles and book chapters on leadership, organization effectiveness, and coaching. She is presently finishing her second book on leadership.

In 2002, she earned her doctorate from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. She is also certified through ICF (International Coaching Federation) as a Master Coach, is certified with Learning in Action Technologies and is adjunct faculty at the University of MN, University of St. Thomas and Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.

Dr. Millam has received many honors and awards, her most coveted is the Lund Award from Honeywell in 1998. Her long term goal in life is to help women and children who live in underprivileged environments and to that end, she has recently formed her own non-profit foundation-The Soul Source Foundation.
