SALT LAKE CITY, UT, October 28, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ricco Renzetti, Program Coordinator (Director) and Associate Professor of Culinary Arts for Salt Lake Community College, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of his career.

Mr. Renzetti has 40 years of professional experience in hospitality management, supervision, culinary arts and continental cuisine, creating and developing programs for the culinary program at the college under the guidelines of the american culinary federation and the national restaurant association and teaching classes for the future chef. He has taught students, who are now well known chefs throughout the United States and attributes his success to his passion for his profession.

In 1980, Mr. Renzetti received his Bachelor's Degree in General Studies. He received his NAR Certification and is a certified executive chef, a certified culinary educator and a food service management professional. Mr. Renzetti is a member of Jazz Heritage Society, the American Culinary Federation and the National Geographic Society. He received the Outstanding Service Award from Salt Lake Community College, the Outstanding Teaching Awards for Incarcerated Education from Utah State Prison the Chef of the Year Award, the Culinary Professional of the Year Award and Post Secondary Teacher of the Year Award from the State of Utah in 1997.
